Edit, Add Comment and Delete single as-built points

Push and hold on a point in the run-screen to open the points information page, here the operator can.

Apply and offset to the points height
- If the height has been edited by adding an offset, the offset value is visible beside the point height in bracket ()
- The point will be displayed in the new position on the run-screen
A point code can be added or changed
A comment can be added or changed for the point
The point can be deleted
- A revert option is available before the page is closed to restore the deleted point

*Note: Northing and easting values cannot be edited.

*Note: Single points must be selected as referenceable in the command centre to allow the push and hold functionality for point information, point editing and delete.

Surface Logging – Modify Models for Earthmoving

Surface logging description:

When activated, MC1 will log the machine’s tool path resulting in a surface log
The surface log can be displayed on the 3D and top view run-screens
The modify model is displayed in the cross and long slope run screens
Modify model in the cross and long slope screens display the cut fill colours set by the operator
Surface log to target height will be indicated by using a heatmap style colouring on the surface log
Size limitation for surface logs in 6.6 is 100m radius from the tool point at the time of creating the surface log (this limitation will be removed in an upcoming MC1 release)
Surface logs are created and named by the operator

Runscreen Updates

The new command center replaces the old active model widget, and a new offset dialogue has been added, with the ability to set both global and local offsets of models and model elements. The tap & hold dialogue has been extended to allow selection from all active models.
Tap & hold dialogue (“References”) – The dialogue is now extended to show all active models and their elements in a tree structure. The dialogue will show the closest 40 elements, and therefore not all active models and their elements will be shown if that number is exceeded.
Automatic change of active model – With more than one model active, the machine can move its tool point from one active model to another and MC1 will update its display and reference calculations without operator interaction. The current model will be highlighted a bit brighter than the other active models in the 3D view.
If a model has corridor elements, perpendicular offset will be available as a setting in the offset dialogue.

Command Centre

A new selection dialogue for model visibility and height & side selection have been added. The dialogue is available both from the Runscreen and from Projects, with a preview widget added for visualisation of selected models
Insert and remove models – Adds or removes models from the run session. The reference model will be removed not deleted via this dialogue.
Touch button (“eye”) -- Enables models as background images, with the possibility to enable/disable visibility for layers and specific elements in a model. Visibility for a subset of models’ elements is indicated by a “half eye”

Updated Colours for cut/fill Values

The cut/fill boxes will turn to a green background when tool is on target (on grade). The box’s colour scheme follows settings for tolerance colours.

Updated Icons

A number of Icons have been changed in this release within the runscreen and main menu

ConX projects corresponds to a MC1 project.

Files are now organised according to the new tree structure introduced in v6.3
As-builts are stored at the project level and in a single CSV file “Project_name.csv”
As-builts can be filtered according to date and time in MC1.

Elevation value (tool point – sea level) in Runscreen

Elevation value added in enlarged text in Runscreen. This is enabled by default, but can be disabled in the Settings dialogue.

Leica iCON MC1 v6.4 Software is protected and can only be loaded onto instruments with a valid software maintenance date.
