How quickly will I get my order?

Typically, within 1 – 3 working days from receipt of payment – (allow an extra day for Rural Delivery). Products are delivered by courier and a signature is required on delivery. If you need it faster, let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

How much is shipping?

The cost of shipping is FREE for orders over $50. We dispatch orders from either Auckland or Christchurch.

What payment methods are available?

Order and pay online securely with Visa or Mastercard. If you prefer to pay by direct credit, please contact us. Orders are dispatched the same day payment is received.

Do your online prices include GST?

All prices displayed on this website are exclusive of GST, which will be added to the purchase price at the checkout. A GST invoice will be issued for all purchases. All prices quoted on this site are in New Zealand dollars.

What software will I need?

Many of our products, require no software to be operated. Leica Total Stations & GNSS systems are supplied complete with user-friendly onboard software, and we offer FREE training for you and your team so you can get the most out of the equipment’s functions.

Can I open an account?

Yes, we offer account facilities to credit approved companies, please contact us for more info.

What is a shock watch?

A shock watch is a small glass vial attached to the casing of the instrument. The vial changes to red upon serious impact, indicating that the instrument should be checked and re-calibrated before further use. All products are supplied with the correct batteries.

Do your products arrive ready to use?

Yes, prior to dispatch, all laser instruments undergo a calibration test for accuracy and a dated calibration sticker is placed on the unit. All products are supplied with the correct batteries.

Where can I get service and support in NZ?

We have Service Centres in Auckland and Christchurch that offer servicing, calibration, and repair of Leica technology.

What warranty applies?

Leica products are covered by return-to-base warranties of varying lengths.
